Every design is reviewed before it goes to production. Detail too fine to read in thread gets simplified, so the portrait stays recognisable.

Wash inside out, cold, and hang to dry. Do not iron over the embroidery.

Questions people ask before ordering

What if my photo is bad?

Most of them are, and it usually still works. Dim light, a phone camera, your pet half asleep — all fine. What matters is that their face is reasonably visible.

What if I do not like the portrait?

Tell us and we redo it. Nothing is embroidered until you have seen the final artwork and approved it.

Can you do two pets on one garment?

Yes. Upload a photo with both in it and they are drawn together.

How long does delivery take?

We prepare and check your artwork within two to four working days, then production and shipping follow.
