Our story

They were never “just a dog” to you either

Moments We Made started with a simple idea: the animals we love deserve more than a photo lost in a camera roll. So we turn that photo into a portrait, drawn in a few clean lines, and stitch it onto something you will actually wear.

Every portrait is checked by a person before it is embroidered, and every piece is made to order. We are a small shop and we like it that way: one animal, one garment, done properly.

You see the final artwork first

Nothing is embroidered until you have seen it and said yes. That is the whole point of working this way.

  • A person checks every design

    Someone looks at your portrait and adjusts the lines before it goes anywhere near a machine.

  • We send it to you first

    You see the finished artwork by email and tell us to go ahead — or tell us what to change.

  • Not right? We redo it

    As many times as it takes. Change your mind before we make it and you get a full refund.

Before you ask

Questions people actually ask

What if my photo is bad?

Most of them are, and it usually still works. Dim light, a phone camera, your pet half asleep — all fine. What matters is that their face is reasonably visible. If it will not work, we tell you before you pay.

What if I do not like the portrait?

Tell us and we redo it. Nothing is embroidered until you have seen the final artwork and approved it, so there is no risk of a garment arriving with something you did not want.

Can you do two pets on one garment?

Yes. Upload a photo with both in it and they are drawn together. If your only photos have them separately, order and reply to the confirmation email with the second photo.

Does it work for cats?

Yes — and for rabbits, horses and most things with a face. The styles are tuned separately for pets and for people, and we pick the right one from your photo automatically.

How long does delivery take?

We prepare and check your artwork within two to four working days, then production and shipping follow. You will get a tracking link as soon as it leaves.

Is the preview exactly what I get?

It is very close, but treat it as a reference. Embroidery renders slightly differently from a screen, which is part of why a person reviews and adjusts every design before it is made.
